Right, so, new plan. We're moving the week up a day, just to get our asses kicked back on track. So, we're doing Sundays as the first of the week now. First official Sunday weigh in happens next Sunday. Exciting, I know.
We're thinking a goal of about 2 lbs a week, or 6kgs over the next seven weeks, after the weigh in next sunday. We don't want to set goals untill we've weighed in. Goal date is April 1st. In addition to this, no more binging.

one of you,or both of you asked how I recovered from my ED.
Perhaps because I had an anorexia background I swang from severe bingeing to severe dieting over and over.Whilet there was an emotional component to it,(cognitive therapy helped)
It was the restrictive dieting I was doing that was making the bingeing even worse over and over.I think for every diet there is a corresponding binge eventually.
so i started looking into "intuitive eating" and after a few false starts ,and lots of research it finally helped me to recover and improved my life in ways I couldnt imagine.
I have done a truckload of research into it if either of you wanted to know any more andoff course my blog and my old blog if you sift through the silly stuff follows some of my recovery.
